How Union Colony Legal Clinic handles what you share on this website.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type. We also receive basic technical data that every website receives, such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your message, to decide whether the clinic can help, and to keep the site working. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Only the clinic's lawyers and staff see what you send. We share it with others only when you ask us to, or when the law requires it. If you become a client, the clinic's duty of confidentiality applies to what you tell us.
How long we keep it
We keep messages from people we do not represent only as long as we need to answer them. Client files are kept for the time the law and the rules of the bar require.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete a message you sent, unless we must keep it by law. Write to help@unioncolonyclinic.org or call (970) 555-0148.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page.
